What if I have a school conflict that prohibits me from being at a concert?

Every effort is made to ensure that we do not conflict with school concerts, SAT, ACT exams or finals weeks. Every student brings in his/her schedule from school at the beginning of the season and we build around that. In the rare chance a conflict does arise, the student needs to give the conductor two months notice regarding the conflict. If notice is given after the two month period, the student will need to pay $175 for a qualified professional substitute to take his/her place at that concert. Everyone is important. It is VERY rare that a school conflict arises.
